Cancellation Policy
At Canaan, we strive to provide every guest with a high-quality experience. Since all guides and staff are scheduled in advance, we require a 7-day notice for all cancellations and rescheduling, and 15 days for groups of 10 or more. Guests who fail to show or cancel without proper notice (email, written, or confirmed phone call) will not receive a refund. Cancellations made at least seven days before your tour (15 days for groups of 10 or more) will receive a full refund, minus a 15% non-refundable processing fee. A credit card is required at the time of booking, and refunds will only be processed through a credit card transaction.
